Real Housewives of Orange County

Ok, like I was sitting in the living room and like Chip turned on Bravo and like the Real housewives of OC was on and like Vicki was like yelling at like Jeana because she was defending Mike and I was like you go Jeana.  And Vicki was like DON'T DEFEND MIKE and I was like hey girlfriend don't be hatin....

Eh hem... sorry, something got over me, all of a sudden I was a woman.

Ok.  First of all.  This is what happened.  Vicki was married to her husband named Mike and they have a child together but Mike is an alcoholic and so Vicki leaves him with their child all the way across the country from Chicago to California leaving Mike high (pun intended) and dry (also intended lol).  They were talking about how he has no right to be in his childs life and how he hasn't paid 1 dime in child support.

I'm sure that fight was edited and it was much longer, I don't know but I'm standing up for Jeana.  She may or may not know first hand but I do.

My mother left my sisters father because he was abusive to her.  She had gotten married to him at an early age and had my sister at the age of 18 years old.  The way my mom told the story she was 16 but she was 20 when she had me and my sister is only 2 years older so I know for a fact that she was 18.  Anyway, she left him and wouldn't let him see his own daughter and he had to resort to stalking his own kid by watching her play in the school yard.  He would write her letters and put them in the mail and my sister never got 1 letter because my mom and stepdad would read them and throw them away.  My sister finally found him last year in 2008.

Me, my mom had a sexual relationship with a guy who was married to another woman then he broke it off with her because he didn't want to hurt his own wife and family so he did the right thing but she never even told him that she was pregnant.  I'm sure she thought she was doing the right thing but at the same time he deserves to know he has a kid.  His mom, my grandmother, was in my life for the first few years of my life until my mom and step father moved to Bakersfield and we never saw my grandmother again.  I have no memories of her at all.

Taking children away from their father not only hurts the father, it hurts the child so don't tell me that I don't know what I'm talking about because I know first hand.

Flower Attacking Shanaynay

This morning at like 6am I get woken up by Chip who tells me that the cat got out of the kitchen and she ran under my bed.

We keep her outside in our patio normally because she likes it out there.  It's like being outside without actually being outside.  But it's been so cold that we've been bringing her in and keeping her locked up in the kitchen.  Why?  Because of 2 reasons.  1 It was so hard to get the cat hair out of the carpet because it was literally weaved in there.  And 2 our little chihuahua eats the cats poop in the litter box so we keep her in the kitchen.

Ok, now I have to tell you this first before I continue.  Chip started this thing with Flower where he hits me and Flower goes balistic on him and it's all in fun, she knows that he's playing with her and she plays along.

Well, I was laying in my bed holding Flower on my pillow and in my arms and since she had just come back from being outside she was cold and so it helps her get warm again.  Well, the cat jumped up on the bed and Flower almost bit her face off lol.  Poor kitty.  She ran under the bed right away.  I brought Flower to Chip and got shanaynay out from under the bed and held her in my arms on my pillow and she purred and didn't struggle for at least 20 min.  I was almost asleep when I could feel her starting to struggle so I put her outside on the patio which I knew was where she wanted to be.

211

In this economy a lot of people who are normally on a low income like social security or any other type of public assistance or women who have a few children but no daddy for their children to take responsibility are under a lot of pressure now more than ever.  They just can't afford food anymore.  The price of everything at the store is so high, I can barely buy groceries.

A neighbor told me yesterday that he dialed 211 and they sent him to this place in Kern County where they gave him 2 huge boxes of food as well as a crapload of bread (like english muffins, bagels, bread loafs etc).  One of the boxes had an obsene amount of baby carrots.  The other box had canned foods.  I don't care how hungry I am, I'm not gonna sit there and eat baby carrots all day.  And all that bread was a complete waste because he has no freezer space to shove it all in.

At any rate, if someone is having a real hardship dial 211 and you can get help with whatever like a homeless shelter or maybe perhaps they might help you pay a bill so your electric and gas wont be shut off in this cold weather.  Or you just need some food.  Or maybe if you just cannot find a job because of the economy maybe they might be able to help you where nobody else can.

Christmas Down

Christmas is over but I don't take the tree down until after the new year. I've put it off long enough and so I finally got all the decorations down, in ziplock bags and boxes and when I catch my breath I will take the tree apart.
